Prepare all ingredients. Seaweed (Miyeok), Dried Pollack Strips, Brussels Sprouts should be washed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water or broth as the base. Add the aromatics such as Green Onion (Scallion) and Garlic.
Add the main ingredients: Seaweed (Miyeok), Dried Pollack Strips, Brussels Sprouts, Kelp (Dashima). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 30 minutes until all ingredients are tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish and serve hot.
