Prepare all ingredients. Gondre Thistle, Sweet Potato Vine, Chwinamul (Korean Aster) should be washed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water or broth as the base. Add the aromatics such as Onion and Green Onion (Scallion).
Add the main ingredients: Gondre Thistle, Sweet Potato Vine, Chwinamul (Korean Aster), Korean Zucchini. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 30 minutes until all ingredients are tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish and serve hot.
