Mix all the seasoning sauce ingredients and let them age in the refrigerator for one day.

Scale the croaker, remove the fins and innards, wash under running water, and cut into 5cm pieces.

Julienne the beef and season with minced garlic and pepper.

Thinly slice the radish, half-moon slice the zucchini, tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, and diagonally slice the chili and green onion.
