Wash the oysters thoroughly, then steam in a steamer.
Add anchovies and shiitake mushroom stems to the oyster steaming liquid (250g), boil, then remove the anchovies and mushroom stems to make broth.
Remove the bases of the oyster mushrooms, wash, and tear lengthwise. Slice the shiitake mushrooms 0.5cm thick.
Thinly slice the radish, julienne the onion, cut the water dropwort into 3cm lengths, and finely chop the green onion and chili.
Add oysters, minced garlic, radish, onion, and mushrooms to the broth and boil.
Add perilla seed powder and silken tofu, bring to a brief boil. Season with soup soy sauce and salt, and top with green onion, red chili, and water dropwort to finish.
