Sift the glutinous rice flour and divide into two equal parts.
Knead each portion of glutinous rice flour with hot water infused with omija berry and gardenia. Place in a plastic bag to rest.
Pit the jujubes and finely mince. Mix with tangerine preserves, yuzu syrup, and honey to make the filling.
Mix tangerine preserves and honey to prepare the filling.
Roll the dough into 3cm balls, place filling inside, and reshape into round balls.
Dust with starch, drop into boiling water. When they float, remove, rinse in cold water, drain, place in a bowl, pour honey water over them, and garnish with pine nuts.
