Wash the rice, soak for 30 minutes, and cook.
Beat eggs with salt, make egg crepes, and julienne.
Julienne the bellflower root, zucchini, onion, and red chili, lightly salt, and stir-fry. Julienne the mung bean jelly and toss with sesame oil.
Season the pork tenderloin with salt and ground pepper, then cook in a pan.
