Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly and soak for about 30 minutes.

Cook the soaked glutinous rice in a pot until soft and sticky.

Flatten the chicken breast and season with salt and ground pepper.

Briefly blanch the squash leaves and water dropwort in boiling water. Score the jujubes to remove seeds. Remove the ginseng head and julienne.

Place the chicken breast on the blanched squash leaves.

Top the chicken breast with the glutinous rice, prepared vegetables, and jujubes. Roll up tightly, place in the sticky rice, and steam for about 20 more minutes.
